With the Selwyn Aquatic Centre being extended we are seeking expressions of interest from candidates interested in casual or part-time Swim School Instructor opportunities in Rolleston.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a fun team whilst still having time for your other commitments.

Our community loves to swim and we work with children of preschool and school-age across a range of weekday mornings, afternoons and weekend morning shifts. Our application form will ask you to indicate your availability.

Having a qualification and experience in swim teaching along with a current first aid certificate is desirable, however, training is available and we will support successful candidates in gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

To be successful as a Swim School Instructor you will:

• Be comfortable working with preschoolers or school-aged children
• Be committed to working positively within a team
• Value the importance of fantastic customer service
• You will also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills
