We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Digital Project team and play a key role in delivering digital and ICT initiatives across the organisation.

This is a senior role where you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You'll lead business and technical analysis on complex initiatives, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and work closely with solution architects, developers, vendors and business stakeholders to support successful delivery.

You'll also provide technical leadership across system integration, automation and data-driven initiatives, while helping to strengthen business analysis practice and mentoring other Business Analysts.

About you

You'll bring significant experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, ideally in a complex organisation, along with:

• Strong business and technical analysis skills and experience leading requirements activities
• Experience working across complex, multi-system or programme-level initiatives
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
• Experience mentoring or leading Business Analysts and uplifting business analysis practice
• A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to understand the wider strategic context

You'll be someone who can confidently work with both technical and non-technical audiences, build strong relationships, and use your expertise to develop fit-for-purpose, user-centred and sustainable solutions.
