Group Fitness Instructor

Deliver engaging, cardio-focused group fitness experiences that build endurance, strength, and confidence.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Group Fitness Instructor with a focus on Sprint/Spin/Pump to join our team.

You will deliver dynamic, classes that cater to a wide range of fitness levels. You'll create an energising atmosphere that motivates participants, ensures safe technique, and encourages progression and repeat attendance.

This hours for this role are as follows: (five hours per fortnight)

Monday 6pm - 7pm

Thursday 5pm - 6pm

Alternate Saturdays 8.15am - 9.15am

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver structured, motivating Les Mills Sprint / Strength Development /Les Mills Express classes
  • Coach participants using clear technique cues and performance guidance
  • Create an engaging, high-energy class environment
  • Adapt intensity for different fitness levels
  • Ensure safe setup and techniques
  • Effectively enhance performance and experience

About you

  • Passionate about group fitness
  • Confident leading high-energy, motivating sessions
  • Understanding of endurance training, intervals, and technique
  • Ideally you will be certified Les Mills Instructor or be willing to become certified.
  • If you can only teach one class we would still love to hear from you!
