About the role:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative, monitoring, reporting, and funding support to our Community and Economic Development Team. You will help drive the success of community grants, strategic initiatives, administration and support for civic events including citizenship ceremonies while ensuring the seamless delivery of support to our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor the community grants funding process, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with grant applicants and recipients.
- Manage budgets, accruals, and reconciliations related to community grants.
- Coordinate the monthly collection of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from team members and compile reports on performance.
- Prepare reports for grant funding and other relevant projects.
- Analyse performance data from grant funding, strategy implementation, project management, and KPI reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on data analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Providing administration for key civic events, such as Citizenship Ceremonies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information and fostering positive professional relationships.
