District Wide Duty Manager - Lincoln Event Centre
Looking for part time work that fits around your other commitments?
Community Centres are the heart of our towns; creating, hosting and supporting a range of recreation, sporting and community activities for all ages and stages and providing facilities for meetings, functions and celebrations.
You will be comfortable working independently and be keen to take on operational and admin responsibilities such as processing bookings, marketing the centre, handling payments and ensuring the facility is welcoming, accessible, well maintained and well presented.
Ideally, you will have some customer service experience and value the importance of community facilities.
Naturally, you'll possess the following attributes:
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Sound problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively and positively in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and stay motivated
- High level of flexibility
We have the following shifts available with the opportunity to pick up other shifts at Lincoln and across the district:
- Wednesdays: 4pm to 10:30pm
- Thursdays: 4pm to 10:30pm
Plus additional weekend shifts depending on bookings, so flexibility is key.
