Customer Services Representatives (1 x full time position and 1 x part time position)

To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years' experience in a customer service/contact centre environment. You will bring well-developed techniques of how to identify customer needs, have the ability to problem solve solutions using systems and knowledge bases available to you, and be personable and relatable with everyone.
You will have variety in your job, with rostered periods across multiple contact channels (i.e. Call, Face to Face, Email & Social Media enquiries). You will be expected to work to service standards and quality measures, all of which support exceptional customer service experiences.
We have two positions available (1 x full time position = Monday to Friday rostered between 8am - 5:30pm and 1 x part time position = Monday and Tuesday rostered between 8am and 5:30pm). Our application form will ask you to indicate which position you are applying for.
