Senior Customer Service Officer (Selwyn Aquatic Centre) | A varied role that works around your other commitments
Enjoy a varied role as Senior Customer Service Officer where you will play an important part in the running of our popular Selwyn Aquatic Centre on Sundays (10am to 6:30pm).
Sundays are busy at the centre and we're looking for an experienced and positive Senior Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional customer service to our facility users while undertaking general supervision of the front desk operations during the shift.
As the first point of contact for our valued customers you will provide professional reception and administrative services including bookings, cash handling and retail sales. You will deal with enquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring we are meeting the needs of our community.
Your previous customer service and administration experience means you have an understanding of the importance of excellence in customer service, administrative processes and attention to detail. An effective communicator you are comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships. Ideally you will have worked in a busy front facing position before and be ready to take on a senior position but above all you will be proactive, cheerful and keen to learn.
