Customer-focused, you value the importance of excellent customer service and are confident dealing with a wide range of people across a variety of communication channels. Your previous administration experience means you have a high level of digital literacy and are comfortable using a range of computer software in your day to day work. Naturally, you are friendly, approachable and value high-quality outputs.
