Customer Services Representative

To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years' experience in a customer service/contact centre environment. You will bring well-developed techniques of how to identify customer needs, have the ability to problem solve solutions using systems and knowledge bases available to you, and be personable and relatable with everyone.
You will have variety in your job, with rostered periods across multiple contact channels (i.e. Call, Face to Face, Email & Social Media enquiries), all rostered within the current operating hours of Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm. You will be expected to work to service standards and quality measures, all of which support exceptional customer service experiences.
