We are looking for an intermediate level Advisor to join our busy team in providing advice and support to our continually growing workforce.
This exciting role is based at our modern offices in the growing town of Rolleston with free onsite parking. Rolleston is an easy commute from Christchurch or within Selwyn and has an ever increasing range of services available locally.
What do we want you to bring to our P & C family?
- At least 2 years broad Human Resources experience, preferably within a medium sized organisation
- A relevant HR qualification
- Motivation to further develop your skills in a supportive environment
- A collaborative working style, sharing, learning and contributing fresh thinking and analysis to a variety of challenges
- Ability to see ideas through to implementation following HR best practice and applying your experience
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Good EQ skills to contribute positively to our team and the wider Council
